How much account space do I have
50 Mb total uploads (pictures, files etc), with a max file size of 10 Mb
What counts as "recently updated", how old is the news feed
Recently updated refers to 24 hours, news feed items are max 5 days old or 50 items long.
How do I add images to my page
You can upload files that end in .jpg or embed an image. Embedding an image involves pasting it's Web location into your ClutterMe page. Finding an image's Web location is can be done by right clicking on the image.
